In July 2016 we started delivering the first PSB® dowel strips to Hochtief Infrastructure GmbH in Berlin. The deliveries extended over the entire period of the shell construction up to October 2017. During this time, dowel strips with a volume of around € 115,000 were delivered.
The property is in a prominent location in the area between the Mercedes Benz Arena and Mühlenstrasse, which is an important access road from Treptower Park to the center - Alexanderplatz. The two main parts of the building form the newly emerging Mercedes Platz in the middle. This forms the axis from Mühlenstraße to the Mercedes Benz Arena.
The use of the building complexes is very varied and includes a wide range of uses, from hotels to cinemas, concert halls and restaurants to bowling centers.
